CoraLite Plus spectra
CoraLite Plus dyes 的亮度與 Alexa Fluor® dyes 相當。由於重疊熒光光譜最小,可同時用於共定位研究 (co-localization studies)
FlexAble 的 CoraLite Plus 系列實現更快、更簡單的多重檢測。未來還會新增更多 dyes/specificities ~ This is just the start!

Antibody labeling with FlexAble 原理
FlexLinker 以高親和力、非共價的方式進行抗體標記 (Fc region of antibody),一旦結合就不會從抗體中釋放出來,而未與抗體結和的 FlexLinker 將被 FlexQuencher 中和 ( Neutralization )。

同物種的一級抗體,須分別標記。標記完成,可將其合併應用
不同物種的一級抗體可以在同一試管中混合,使用相對應物種的 FlexLinker 同時進行標記

FlexAble Antibody Labeling Kits_Immunofluorescence
HeLa cells were stained with anti-TOM70 (14528-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 488 Kit (KFA001, green), anti-GNL3 (67169–1-lg) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA042, red) and anti-Actin labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA043, magenta). Cell nuclei are in cyan.
HeLa cells were stained with anti-Lamin labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 488 Kit (KFA041, green), anti-GNL3 (67169-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA042, red), anti-Tom20 (11802-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA003, magenta) and DAPI (blue).
Immunofluorescence of HeLa: PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-TDP-43 (10782-2-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® 488 Kit (KFA001, green), anti-Tom20 (11802-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA002, red) and anti-Lamin B1 (12987-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA003, cyan). Confocal images were acquired with a 100x oil objective and post-processed. Images were recorded at the Core Facility Bioimaging at the Biomedical Center, LMU Munich.
FlexAble Antibody Labeling Kits_ Flow cytometry
Flow cytometry of PBMC. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1, 65151-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 750 Kit (KFA024) and anti-human CD8 (clone UCHT4, 65204-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble FITC Plus Kit (KFA048).
1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with anti-GAPDH antibody (10494-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble FITC Plus Kit (KFA008, red) or with isotype control antibody labeled with FlexAble FITC Plus Kit (KFA008, cyan).
Flow cytometry of PBMCs. 1X10^6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with anti-human CD45 labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA003) and anti-CD3 (clone UCHT1, 65151-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA022).
FlexAble Antibody Labeling Kits_Western blotting
Western Blot analysis of HeLa and HepG2 cell lysates with anti-HSP90 antibody (60318-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 488 Kit (KFA041, green), anti-CACYBP antibody (68161-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA042, red) and anti-TUFM antibody (67802-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA043, blue).
WB of HepG2 cell lysates: siRNA transfected HepG2 cell lysates were detected with anti-CCDC111 (29824-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA003, red) and anti-PCNA (60097-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA022, green).
WB of HeLa cell lysates: HeLa cell lysates were detected with anti-GAPDH (10494-1-AP) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 555 Kit (KFA002, green) and anti-NUDT21 (66335-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 647 Kit (KFA023, red).
