→ 相較於Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® 來說，Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® high capacity對於目標蛋白的結合能力高了3-5倍

如果您想要純化較大的蛋白質，推薦您可選擇此樹脂！

→ 僅適用於gravity flow chromatography (因不具有壓力穩定性)

→ 可用於生物素化蛋白質(biotinylated proteins​)的純化

→ 低壓穩定 (FPLC/HPLC/Äkta應用)

→ 與 Strep-Tactin® Superflow® 相比，Strep-Tactin® Superflow® high capacity的蛋白質結合能力高3-5倍
MagStrep Beads (Strep-Tactin® XT coated magnetic beads)

用於小規模純化

→ 僅用於批量純化

→ 優良的Strep-Tactin® XT塗層，可在低背景下實現高效結合

→ 靈活的洗脫(Elution)條件 — 在變性條件下通過在SDS gel loading buffer中煮沸，或在原生(native)條件下用生物素洗脫
